The head quarter of Saint-Gobain Abrasives South-East Asia is located in Bangkok. From customer services, product, finance to general operations, it’s here where the day to day running of the operations in South-East Asia is managed.
There is also a production facility located near Bangkok. This arm of the business was establised in 1994 and acquired by Saint-Gobain in 2005. Home to approximately 100 employees, this facility has enabled us to offer the full range of Cut-off and Grinding wheels to South-East Asia as well as other areas in the world.
Our biggest team in South-East Asia is here. Besides customer service, Sales and other general operations, two production facilities was established in the country.
The plant in Jakarta, established in 1993, taken over by Winter in 1995, became Saint-Gobain Abrasives Diamas in 1998. This facility has enabled us to fully achieve our aim of offering premium quality diamond Super Abrasives at cost-effective prices, matched by the very best customer service. Home to approximately 215 employees, Jakarata plant is the heart of the company's diamond operations.
The plant in Surabaya has the conversion facilities to produce sanding paper, disc and belt of customized dimension.
