Quality EHS Engineer
环境健康安全工程师

 

岗位职责:

1       Assisting EHS Manager in developing, implementing the site’s EHS(especial health) policies and procedures in respect of Saint-Gobain Group, Abrasives China, make sure factory's activities are compliance with laws and rules of local government.

协助EHS经理应用和发展圣戈班集团,磨料磨具(中国)公司的环境、健康和安全(尤其是健康)方面的政策和程序,保证工厂的运行符合当地的法律法规和政策。

2       Implementing "Health Impact Assessment"(HIA) including all position in all SOAs,making action plan for high risk items with SOAs and follow up.

实施“职业健康风险评估”项目,并协同各SOA部门制定职业健康高风险项目的整改计划,并跟踪计划的实施进度及效果。

3       Making annual EHS trainning plan, organizing trainning courses for new employees, employees and sub-contractor, and evaluating the effectiveness of these training courses.

制定EHS年度培训计划,组织并实施对新员工、在职员工以及外包商的培训,验证并改进培训的有效性。

4       Developing and updating NOS(noise)project, TORIMAN(toxic risk management)project, TAS(toxic agents standard)project according to the requirements from SG delegation and HPM; Finishing GAIA reports on health topics.

根据圣戈班代表处和HPM(高功能材料事业部)的要求,开展或更新NOS项目、TORIMAN项目和TAS项目; 完成GAIA系统中职业健康主题的报表工作。

5       Developing annual detection and evaluation of occupational harmful factors, following up the improvement of unqualified points;Give technical support for new/rebuild/extended project if need pre-evaluation and control effect evaluation in occupational disease.

开展年度职业健康危害因素检测和评估,对检测不合格点进行改进和跟踪;对需要进行职业病危害预评价和控制效果评价的新建/改建/扩建项目,提供必要的技术支持。

6       OH related document preparation and modification, carry out the IH impacts sampling; organize the regualr IH inspection coordinate with out sourcing.

准备和修订各类职业健康相关的文件,执行个体防护采样检测;组织协调第三方落实定期的职业危害因素监测。

7       Updating occupational harmful factors list and occupational health surveillance standards according to producing situation; Arranging health check for new/on site/transfer/off site employees  with SOA supervisors; Dealing with occupational disease cases and follow up.

Engineering Manager
工程部经理

 

岗位职责:

1.      Schedule, assign, and direct craftspeople in performance of tasks for maintenance of equipment and/or facilities.       

2.      Monitor progress and evaluate completed assignments to confirm use of correct procedures and to evaluate quality of work.

3.      Provide technical direction to craftspeople and assist in diagnosing equipment problems as required to expedite work of unit.

4.      Participate with superior and others in the selection of new employees for ongoing development of the unit.

5.      Train craftspeople in job requirements and basic technical skills, and recommend training programs as needed to develop and maintain capabilities of work force.

6.      Identify requirements and assure timely availability of tools, supplies and parts for projects and ongoing work of unit. 

7.      Coordinate work schedules with appropriate production units and other Plant Engineering units to expedite work, minimize interruptions in production, and assure effective utilization of work force.     

8.      Ensure appropriate use of computerized maintenance record systems to contribute to efficiency of operations and to assure availability of information for future decisions relating to Plant Engineering functions.                         

9.      Complete administrative forms and reports to provide necessary, significant, and appropriate information relating to maintenance tasks and personnel actions.         

10.   Implement appropriate Preventive Maintenance programs, and monitor ongoing performance, to maximize reliability and runtime of equipment.  

11.   Evaluate equipment and maintenance history to determine and establish appropriate Preventive Maintenance requirements, and/or to recommend Predictive Maintenance programs for optimizing effectiveness of maintenance procedures and maximizing equipment reliability.  

12.   Direct, monitor, evaluate and determine acceptability of work performed by outside contractors for projects in area of responsibility and/or as assigned.        

13.   Participate with Production supervision to plan installation and/or modification of production equipment.  

14.   Acquire appropriate maintenance and troubleshooting documentation to assure effective and consistent procedures for equipment maintenance. 

15.   Communicate safety principles and regulations to all subordinates, and monitor operations for compliance, to stress safety (of employees, the environment and the physical plant) as a primary objective at all times.                           

16.   Assure that employees are treated fairly and with dignity to provide a harmonious and productive working environment and to enhance work force effectiveness.
