Saint-Gobain Abrasives EMEA confirms focus on customer service

 

In an effort to further reinforce the mentality that customer service is at the heart of everything we do, on 20th October 2017 the whole of the EMEA Saint-Gobain Abrasives team, from sales to warehouse staff, celebrated our inaugural We Are Customer Service Day.


At the EMEA-wide event, each region took part in a variety of activities to understand the role we all play in delivering excellent customer service at all times. We studied best practice approaches as well as real-life customer feedback to understand how we can all improve.


With many thousands of customers, we understand that your satisfaction is our number one priority. Without your custom, we wouldn’t exist. So we’re looking at how we can enhance the way in which we interact with you to make sure you’re getting the best service possible, from innovative solutions to on-time delivery. 


Over the next three years, we will be investing in a variety of initiatives to increase customer satisfaction, including tools and training. We hope this will ensure that you have the best experience and continue to work with us.
